Training & simulationsTeam development, not employee evaluation

Your playbook,
as a drill.

Tabletop exercises work. They are also slow to write, hard to run consistently and their lessons end up in a slide nobody opens. MEKYRA compiles a playbook into a drill with roles, resources and injects, runs it the same way for every team and writes the after-action report from the log.

incident-playbook.pdf · lines the drill enforces

  1. PB 2.1

Every decision needs its owning role at the table. If the owner is away and no delegate is named, the decision waits.

  2. PB 3.2

Any single spend above $30k needs Finance sign-off.

  3. PB 3.4

Spending beyond the incident budget needs executive approval, which is outside this exercise.

  4. PB 4.1

After a public claim about supply, Communications answers within the same round.

  5. PB 5.3

Never commit more than half of remaining stock to a single customer.

Live drillThe Last Supply Route · about 5 minutes

A harbor strike.
Nine days of stock.

You make the team’s decisions; the console on the left is the facilitator’s. Fire an optional inject, try a spend Finance can’t sign off, and read the report at the end. The resource model is deterministic: the same choices always give the same report.

Harbor strike

The harbor is closed for at least 72 hours. Seventy percent of your inbound stock moves through it. Clinics hold about nine days of supply.

Playbook to drillHow an exercise is built

From a PDF
to a room.

Claude drafts each layer from your documents, and a facilitator reviews it before anyone plays.

  1. Playbook

Your incident playbook, SOP or policy. Studio reads it and drafts the lines a drill can enforce.

  2. Rules

Each line becomes a check with a source: who may decide, spend limits, timing duties.

  3. Scenario

A scripted list of injects with times and sources, plus optional injects the facilitator can fire.

  4. Roles & resources

Seats with ownership and authority. Resources the decisions move: stock, budget, trust, team load.

  5. After-action

Objectives rated at team level, strengths to sustain and an improvement plan with owners by role.

EthicsWhat MEKYRA will not do

Development,
not evaluation.

A drill is a safe place to make a decision badly. That only works if nobody is graded for it. MEKYRA reports on how the team and the process performed, never on a named person.

  • No personal scores. Findings are about roles, decisions and the playbook. There is no individual ranking to export.
  • No emotion or behavior inference. No webcam, no voice analysis, no sentiment scoring of participants.
  • Pause is a feature. Team load is shown to the facilitator, and a pause is one button away.
  • Minimal data. A drill log contains decisions and injects. Names are optional and stay with your organization.
  • Not for HR decisions. The EU AI Act treats AI used to monitor or evaluate workers as high-risk. MEKYRA is designed for team development instead, and results are not meant for hiring, promotion or dismissal decisions.

StandardsAlignment, compatibility, certification

Frameworks
your team already uses.

Drills follow the structure exercise and L&D teams already work with. Methodology alignment means MEKYRA follows a framework’s structure; compatibility means data or launch works with a specification. Certification is a separate step, granted by the body that owns the standard.

FacilitatorRunning it for real

Many teams,
one scenario.

In a live session each role plays from their own phone, the facilitator steers several teams from one console, and the cohort report compares processes across teams without comparing people.
